  Good, fast, very friendly service. Tentative employees. Pizza was the best I've had in a long time! Seriously good pizza! Called in my order, was told 20 minutes, my order was ready in 20 minutes & hot out of the oven. Will be returning soon :)

  Ordered pizza online tonight and got the email that said ready in 33-35 minutes. Arrived at the store 45 minutes later and the nice display showed my pizza would be ready in 6 minutes. After waiting in line for well over 20 minutes, the screen still showed 6 minutes till my order was ready. Got to the cashier and was informed that it would be another 15 minutes or so. Spoke to the manager to ask why the email and screen was wrong and he wouldn't give an answer. Told me, "What do you expect me to do?" Then told me I needed to leave. The credit card machines at this store haven't worked since it opened and the management has a "deer in the headlights" look about him. Called corporate and was told that it's a franchise and the franchisee would be in touch with me. We'll see what happens. I'll update if I get any answers.
  
  UPDATE....
  Received a call with an explanation and apology from the franchisee. He was very receptive to what I had to say and even explained that his store would be delivering to my neighborhood. He credited my next order and I will definitely give the store another try due to the way the situation was handled.

  Ordered 2 medium pan pepperoni and sausage pizzas, that were ready within 20 minutes from ordering online, and they tasted great! The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because my debit card had to be entered manually, their card scanners were not working at the time I gave this rating. But, not a major issue. I will definitely order from here again!
